That's a pretty wide window between them. Winslow was great in college, but never really worked out in the pros. Davis did obviously.

BengalsBite 27
if we went WR, which one would you want? i think as of rn, i’m leaning towards devonta smith. that could easily be recency bias tho and could change every week lol
sparky151 248
Certainly no on Smith in round 1. He'll be a possession receiver in the NFL. He has great hands, runs good routes, and is brave. But he's also not especially fast and is pretty small. I'd rather sign a mid-tier veteran WR in FA to supplement Higgins, Boyd, and Tate. Someone like Rashard Higgins or Curtis Samuel. THE DUKE 2,395
If we draft WR rd 1 it's Chase or not at all for me

The only other guy I’m looking at is Pitts but I would trade down first assuming we still pick at 5. There are plenty of decent WR options beyond round 1 however. He opted out this year, didn't he?

sparky151 248
yes, Chase didn't play in 2020. Jefferson is in contention for rookie of the year and LSU's 3rd starting receiver from last year, Terrace Marshall, is also a good prospect. He'll likely be on the board in round 2 but I'd pass on him there.
Johnny Nix 1,144
I do think Devonta Smith might be the first WR off the board, I just don’t trust the Bengals to draft him
Beck Bristow 386
We've had a lot of success in round 2 for receiver, first round concerns me. The Chase Burrow connection is really the only thing that would make me feel better
