LeRoy Butler. even though he stuck to the wall like velcro, he still deserves it 3. Charles Woodson. just a maniac on the field. 4. Tony Boselli. give one to a big guy for once. start here 5. Calvin Johnson, best WR on the HOf list this year. give it to him 6. Steve Tasker - the only guy in history that is lauded for speical teams....that says something
Chargers
Manning, Woodson, Willis, Johnson should all be locks.
seriously27
Manning and Woodson should both be obvious locks to get in. If you look at the past years, the final five removed from the last ten usually fill the remaining spots available the next year(with the first year eligible players). Lynch has been the obvious person outside looking in as last year was his third time in the final 15 and his second in the final ten. The final 5 removed last year were, Tony Boselli, Alan Faneca, John Lynch, Zach Thomas and Richard Seymour. Do they go with two safeties for the second year in a row and five in the past three? I don't know...If I had to guess I would say Lynch waits one more year. 2022 looks like it could be another cleanup year with only Demarcus Ware being a clear cut HOF player with the ability to get in on his first try. My final three picks would be Faneca, Seymour and Wayne to fill out the WR portion and make sure there is no backlog for 2021. 2022 picks would be Ware, Lynch, Thomas, Holt and Boselli(He's going to get in and this year is the obvious choice) I think Johnson gets in eventually too. He just has to wait it out like Boselli and Davis.
Wyld Stallyns
Mike Chappell who is part of the selection committee and has covered the Colts since they moved to Indy has said that when the time comes to make his case for Peyton Manning that he’ll stand up, say ‘Peyton Manning’ and then sit down.
kramxel
Manning, Faneca, Megatron, Woodson, Seymour, Willis. Willis is the one that creates the most doubts, given the absurdly short career. Guys I see as locks, somewhere down the line: Reggie Wayne, Rodney Harrison, Torry Holt and maybe Barber.
AkronsWitness
Anybody want to talk about why Clay Mathews continues to get looked over every year. Honestly what is the argument against him getting in considering where he stands statistically compared to other linebackers
RamblinMan99
Peyton Manning of course. Charles Woodson probably should've been in by now. Alan Faneca's one of the greatest guards of all time, so that's a lock. Jared Allen probably won't get in this year, but he really should. Definitely one of the best pass rushers of the last 20 years and an absolute sack machine. John Lynch should get in too, but the NFL will probably decide to ban him from the Hall of Fame when they revisit footage of his play on the field.
