It will be interesting to see what happens with the coach. The remake of the WR core will be hugely impacted by that,

McDaniels, less emphasis on size and more on ability to run routes and generate YAC.

Nagy, start looking at guys who run 4.3

Cooter, intermediate WRs with decent size

McCoy-Size seems to where he has success

As an Indiana fan, I'd love to see Simmie Cobbs Jr. in a Bears uniform.

Unfortunately, once he gets into the pre-draft process, I see him shooting up draft boards quickly.

He's a 6'3, 220lb WR with good hands, who runs good routs, and has 4.5 speed, oh, and he doesn't have any character concerns... guys like that just don't make it to the 3rd round.

I could see the Bears taking him with their 2nd round pick.

Albert Wilson and Demetrius Harris are both free agents from the Chiefs who could be added to help the transition.

Wilson would give them a slot guy and Harris another big, athletic TE.

I say that assuming Sims will be cut.

Sims is coming around... had a couple key blocks on big runs, and made a great play on his TD grab. Give him some time, let's see where he's at week 17.
