JohnCena
Reports of real tension brewing between Brady and Arians. Tom should tell him to take his system and shove it. We don’t need to make no friends Tom just go out there and win games like only you know how. Enough of these deep shots every play already. Tom was as good as you can be with the deep ball today, no QB can completele 20+ yard bombs down the field every play, he should integrate the system he knows work the run game and short passing in and win himself #7. Bruce Arians thinks you need a 75 yard touchdown pass every play to beat good teams smh. Edited November 30, 2020 by JohnCena
eggybucsfan31
What Arians and Leftwich don't get is if you can establish the run and the intermediate passing game, their beloved deep balls become available because the defense is creeping up to slow down the underneath stuff. Look at the second half, they got a couple nice runs and hit Godwin, Gronk and Brate over the middle a couple of times and what happened? We found a couple guys open downfield in Gronk and Evans. If the offense we saw in the second half isn't the plan coming out the gates out of the bye week against Minnesota, don't let those two clowns on back in the facilities on the following Monday. kgarrett12486
Anyone see the stat yesterday CBS posted during the broadcast? Last 4 QB's Arians has coached (Couch, Luck, Winston and Brady) have all set career high INTs in their first season in Arians offense... This is an entire system issue, not just a offensive coordinator issue... The fact that this entire offensive staff can't seem to make any in game adjustments to the game script, until it's too late is really concerning to me. It's been clear for several games now that the deep ball shots need to be reduced, but they just can't get away from it...
ravishingone
Spicy conspiracy theory. McDaniels pretty much assembled the current Indy coaching staff under Reich. Can Licht really survive under a 4th HC?

I do not like the contingency plan. I’d feel a lot better with McDaniels/Brady/Patricia pairing. Wishful thinking cant imagine Licht fires Arians after going 10-6 / 11-5 year 2. I’d like to see Brady and Arians hash things out with a full off season. Problem still relies with the situational play-calling on game days though. Dont think staff has the modern day offense to win the SB. run scheme is outdated and the lack of horizontal pass concepts been on display past two years. Two man is the best way to stop his pass O

Two man is the best way to stop his pass O In the pecking order of authority, pretty confident Arians is above Licht. Now, the interesting part is how much pull does Brady have with the Glazers. The concerning part for me is both coordinators looked out matched against KC, NO, n LA. They were better then GB n LV. I don t know this staff can over take Payton even without Brees. Trying to win a SB as a wild card will be very difficult. As a fan, it made me uncomfortable hearing Romo ripping the Bucs offense going 4 3 n outs during a national broadcast. The team hasn t been very good in prime time or national games. Dare, I write the coaching staff is in the same area as Kirk Cousins is to QB. In a similiar situation, Manning in Denver had John Foxx as HC. Good amt of success, fired Fox and hired Kubiak- SB win.

Good point. I think Leftwich F’d up badly when he subbed in Fournetre and gave him two touches down there. Guy is not a good running back at all. RoJo needs those carries. Little things like that came back to haunt us. This coaching staff is middle of the pack. Not good enough to be a SB contender but just good enough to make it to the playoffs and win a game. Which is a step in the right direction based on the past 10+ years. But with Brady he wants to win and that is not good enough. It’ll def be changes happen next year depending how things end good or bad.

If by chance they don t, I have little doubt this coaching staff is done. Think about it, this is the coaching staff who could not get the GOAT to the playoffs with an increase in wildcards, and the Qb is going to toss over 30 TDs and should have 1,000 yd rusher. For me, that would be the easist decision to toss the entire staff. Pretty sure the assistants usually sign 2 yr deals. Only BA should have term left on his contract. What concerns me is they are getting killed in the 1st qtr as a team. It was easy to blame Jameis for this last season. The Qb isn t turning the ball over at a historic rate this season. The offense should never have anymore then two consecutive 3 and outs during a game with this roster. Now we are seeing 3 and 4 consecutive drives this happening. The last time the defense did not give up points on the first drive was Chicago. They may keep the band together because the uniqueness of this season. However, if Brady isn t happy. I think BA is in trouble even if they make the playoffs. Malcolm Glazer let go of Dungy, who was by far the most successful HC in team history after a playoff loss. In today s NFL, this idea a HC should get 3 yrs is losing importance quickly.
Caaddy24
You know who we should have kept? Dare Ogunbowale. He would definitely be the best pass catching RB on the roster. These 3 and outs to start the games are flat out embarrassing. More embarrassing than what the Bucs franchise reputation has already been in all it's existence.
