Mid Iowa
Looking at the injury board across the NFL for week 5, I think the Saints (and other 3 teams) picked the best week to have a bye. There are a huge amount of injuries from this week resulting in the end of the season for some players. Some of the biggest are: JJ Watt - Surgury - Knee Chris Connelly - Surgury - Achilles Odell Beckham - Broken foot Whitney (from Houston) Merciles - Surgury - Torn Peck Connelly is about the most expendable. That Houston D just took a mega blow.
Raves
Thought they said OBJ broke his fibula. Not sure which would've been worse for him, the foot or a leg bone. Probably the leg bone as there are so many little interactions in the foot.
whodatworm23
They got started early with losing AA for the season in London.

That would be one of the crappiest flights home, ever! Knowing you're done for the year, and having to sit on a plane for 8-10 hours letting it soak in... ouch... Canadian Saint
Man I wonder what JJ Watt's future looks like. If I understand correctly, his injury most often results in athletes being unable to perform the same way as before.
whodatworm23
Sitting here watching MNF Vikings vs Bears... Microcosm of Sean Payton's last few years with personnel power, trading Akeim Hicks for a 3rd string blocking TE. Then we wonder why we can never get It right on defense. SMH No doubt, we lost that exchange by about... a million. A million "what", you ask? It doesn't matter, just a million something, and we lost it. Jlowe22
Well we've lost our starting right tackle and one of our most promising defensive players already. And our other tackle stays hurt and apparently our number 2 receiver also decided to take the year off.

SMH To be fair, Hicks didn't work out for us either. Same exact issues. Looked great one play, and then got blown up for the next 3.
