Draft picks, cap space, choose own QB and HC. I know the players play hard for Douglas but we need to completely start over. A new GM isn't going to want to come into a situation without his hand picked HC and with a young QB coming in the draft. It'll be an entire regime/culture change. I know we expect the worst, but there's no reason to can Doug atm. This gives the fanbase it's much needed blood for what we've had to endure. With Josh Allen, Hendo, Hamilton, Daniel Thomas, Sid Jones, etc. all out it's a fairly bleak time. You can enjoy James Robinson though.
