LinderFournette
Ill throw jim nagy and djs names into the mix. Nagy is a good talent evaluator and has good connections in the nfl.

Hes got a proven eye for scouting, numerous connections to coaches and connections to agents.

He handles the senior bowl and usually most of his takes from that time are brutally awful from what I remember. Can't say I think he's deserving whatsoever. Either way, no interest personally. pwny
Excited to maybe have a GM who understands team building and understands it’s not just about collecting a bunch of players with great measurables or who did well/over-performed for one year on another team, but that the players need to be able to work together and compliment each other’s strengths and fit within a comprehensive scheme that the coaches underneath build. This was the main issue with Dave tbh. That and failing on the QB selection.
DuvalsKing
This is why I don’t like when coaching staffs make excuses about injuries. If you’re a coach you figure it out. Have the Jags been hit hard by injury yes but the 49ers make it happen with less.

Completely different coach that continues to adapt and get the most out of the talent he has. Not to mention as far as HC prospects go, fits the billing of a "leader of men" and not just a shiny playcaller. (This all assumes McDaniel ideally, LaFleur at worst come along with him to run the offensive side.)
.Buzz
The guys who had gigs kind of scare me off in this piece. They seemed to have reinvented themselves but... Ireland is one that sorta kinda intrigues me.
