I'm still not totally sure how to feel, but all these hot OC/DCs are question marks too. I do like he's a great builder of culture/a team that he wants and will know what he wants when he comes in. That's something we've lacked for over a decade, if not longer. I imagine with his reputation/pull we'd get a pretty good staff in place. Had the Indy job but decided to pass when Ballard/Luck were around and they had the pick of any HC they wanted pretty much.
