What are the chances of a team like Dallas beating anyone twice in one season? You would hope our guys would come out ready to play and take care of business. RpMc
Vikings are currently in the playoffs due to a better win percentage against common opponents than the Cardinals. common opponents - Seattle, Detroit, Dallas, and Carolina. Vikings are 2-2 (loses to Dallas and Seattle) Cardinals are 2-3 (losses to Seattle, Detroit, and Carolina)
vike daddy
NFC 1. Saints (10-2) First team to clinch a playoff berth 2. Packers (9-3) Big lead in the NFC North. 3. Rams (8-4) Head-to-head tiebreaker over Seahawks. 4. Giants (5-7) Lead the NFC East. 5. Seahawks (8-4) First in the wild card race. 6. Buccaneers (7-5) Three games behind the Saints in the NFC South. 7. Vikings (6-6) Tiebreaker advantage over the Cardinals. *** 8. Cardinals (6-6) Struggling as they head into the stretch run. 9. 49ers (5-6) Half a game behind for the wild card. 10. Bears (5-7) One game behind for the wild card. 11. Lions (5-7) One game behind for the wild card. 12. Washington (4-7) Still not out of it in the NFC East. 13. Falcons (4-8) Playing well too little, too late. 14. Panthers (4-8) No realistic chance in the wild card race. 15. Eagles (3-8-1) Still not out of it in the NFC East. 16. Cowboys (3-8) Still not out of it in the NFC East. SteelKing728
If there is ever a time to really get hot in the season, its now. We have only beaten one quality team this season. We have 2 more coming up. It would be great had we beaten just one of Seattle, Tennessee or Dallas!!!

VikeManDan
Remaining schedules for Wild Cards teams and teams in WC contention. Included the Rams as the NFCW is tight. 3. Rams (8-4): Patriots, Jets, @ Seahawks, Cardinals - 2 division games left (big win against Cards last week) 5. Seahawks (8-4): Jets, @ WFT, Rams, @ 49ers (bad loss against Giants last week) 6. Buccaneers (7-5): Vikings, @ Falcons, @ Lions, Falcons (probably not catching the Saints huge matchup against us obviously) 7. Vikings (6-6): @ Bucs, Bears, @ Saints, @ Lions (going to have to play better than they have recently in the stretch run) 8. Cardinals (6-6): @ Giants, Eagles, 49ers, @ Rams - 2 division games left (should get at least two more wins against the Giants and Eagles) 9. Bears (5-7): Texans, @ Vikings, @ Jaguars, Packers (pretty mild schedule but the Bears have not been good on offense) 10. Lions (5-7): Packers, @ Titans, Bucs, Vikings (brutal schedule) 11. 49ers (5-7): WFT, @ Cowboys, @ Cardinals, Seahawks

vike daddy
The Buccaneers solidified their claim for a Wild Card spot with a win over the Vikings on Sunday. Tampa Bay likely needs just two wins in its final three games to get into the playoffs and faces a favorable stretch with three games against teams who are all under .500. Credit the Cardinals for getting back in the win column with an impressive 26-7 victory over the Giants on Sunday. Arizona now controls its own fate in the playoff picture, as the Cardinals will be in if they win out. It's crunch time for the Vikings, who missed a big chance to jump up a spot in the Wild Card race. Minnesota was plagued by missed kicks, unfortunate penalties and an inability to handle Tampa Bay's pass rush in a Week 14 loss. The Vikings will now return to U.S. Bank Stadium for their final home game of 2020. It's a must-win if they want to keep their slim playoff hopes alive. Chicago ended its six-game losing streak Sunday. The Bears produced 410 yards of offense, their second-highest total of the season. The Vikings beat the Bears back in Week 10 at Soldier Field on Monday Night Football, but Chicago has won the past two meetings in Minnesota, including the 2018 regular-season finale that kept the Vikings out of the playoffs. The Lions hung tough with the Packers but couldn't avoid the season sweep by Green Bay. Detroit faces a pair of tough teams in the next two games before the regular-season finale with Minnesota. Depending on what happens with the Vikings before then, the Lions could have a chance to keep the Vikings out of the postseason in Week 17 at Ford Field. The 49ers lost for the fifth time in sixth games on Sunday as injuries continued to hit San Francisco hard. Each of the 49ers next three games carries some weight in the NFC playoff chase, but you can bet Vikings fans will be rooting hard for San Francisco in Week 16 against Arizona. You can bet scores of Vikings fans everywhere will be following the Philadelphia-Arizona tilt (and rooting for the Eagles) in Week 15. That game is scheduled to kick off after the Minnesota-Chicago game ends. Philadelphia pulled off a shocker in Week 14, a win over New Orleans behind a solid first start from rookie quarterback Jalen Hurts. The Eagles also still have NFC East aspirations, but that could require them to win out. https://www.vikings.com/news/nfl-playoff-picture-nfc-wild-card-hunt?fbclid=IwAR2bJA4rs0NME_zt7xla1RXmuJ5xmSRfYgxU3mRX-4gsORiNL4QR87_S1f0

Given they play the Cowboys twice a year, I find myself rooting for them quite often. Their fans are trash, but the team itself isn't that hard to root for.
