No one better blame cousins for the year this team is having....

Those first six games he was turnover prone and a mess. However, since then he really has been a bright spot and I've regain some faith in him.

As a Vikings fan they always find ways to lose that makes me upset. This lost really just hurts to my core because the team showed up and outplayed the Bucs.

Bailey missing 10 points worth of FG's, 2 No calls on Roughing and a PI a Hail Mary which I've never seen before! I'm stunned

In the last two games Kirk Cousins has been hit 26 times under "QB hits" and sacked 10 times.  That is two freaking games!

This offense line really needs to pick it up and sadly O'Neill who was supposed to be the best OL on the team has not had a good season at all.  I am not a huge fan of Kirk obviously but hard to not be impressed with his play the last few weeks under such awful pass protection game in and game out.  OL is an absolute must in the 1st round.

Dan Bailey is signed through 2022, and is getting a crap ton of money to miss kicks and extra points.  If there is any cost savings to cutting him they should, but he does have $6 mil already guaranteed of a $3.3 a year deal for 3 years.  If so Jose Borregales Miami FL RS SR is worth looking at potentially but with kickers it is always hard to tell.

Only good out of the game is possibly Antoine Winfield Jr could be the defensive rookie of the year this season, he has played great for the Bucs but is not a real big surprise.  Jeremy Chinn could get it also and no surprise both had some of their best games of the year against the Vikings, especially Chinn which that two TD game could put him over the top ahead of Winfield Jr.

Except for beating the Packers, Minnesota has not beaten anyone with a winning record. Right?

That is deceptive because they should have beat the Titans, they should have beat the Seahawks, and all honesty they should have beat the Bucs if the kicker could make kicks.  It was a total air balloon burst when the kicker started missing kicks in this game.  And really they should not have lost to the Cowboys, they should not have barely won against the Panthers or the Jaguars.

So they have tons of issues especially on the offensive line, but even with the sloppy play overall with penalties and turnovers they still are competitive oddly enough.  Think how they would look with a healthy Hunter, Kendricks and Barr and with a OL that can block or a kicker that could kick.  All told they have had a solid season even if they miss the playoffs and honestly they should miss the playoffs.  The draft has been very successful and hard to not like that, it is easily better than the 2018 and 2019 draft classes.

They didn't beat any of those.... that probably not a coincidence.....
