I have no concerns given those show up on tape, not just when measured. For the short stature/size guys, the Q is whether they have traits that overcome their size issues. Smith's ability to separate, and highpoint ability, are well above guys his size. The bulk issue is probably the biggest Q in my mind, enough to put him 3rd behind Chase & Waddle, TBH. For Waddle, IMO he's the closest thing to Tyreek Hill since Hill. That level of functional speed is just so special. And unlike John Ross or Corey Coleman or Tavon Austin, he's not a pure speed guy in a wide open O / tailored O to get the ball in space - he absolutely torched elite, top level competition in both big SEC and playoff games. I actually think he's the 3rd most likely WR to succeed behind Jeudy & Ridley, in terms of translating to the NFL (Smith 4th, Ruggs 5th - and to be clear, I was fading Ruggs hard in the Ruggs/Jeudy/Lamb convos last year, so it's not recency bias). If there's an argument to be made on WR value in Rd1, that's fair game - you had better be getting the alpha-dog WR, top target, crunch-time player to make a top 15 pick worthwhile, and something close even in back half of Rd1 (but the alternatives are less certain, too). I disagree on the bold. I think Devonta Smith is an easy projection and a better prospect than Ridley.
brownie man
This draft is going to have 6–8 baller receivers when we look back at it this class is loaded And if you include Pitts it’s just dumb Does anyone have an opinion on Tutu Atwell!? I want a deep threat for my browns and he seems like a great field stretcher

I want a deep threat for my browns and he seems like a great field stretcher I'm not very high on Tutu. He's fast and quick, but he's also tiny, doesn't play through contact well, isn't polished, and doesn't have the most reliable hands. I love D'Wayne Eskridge on Day 2. I also like Tamorrion Terry late on Day 2 or early on Day 3 and Tre Nixon in mid-to-late Day 3 as deep threats.
LinebackerGod
Atwell isn’t terrible, but he’s limited. Even at his peak, I don’t know if you can start him on offense. He reminds me of Sinorice Moss meets Taylor Gabriel. As Jrry said, Tamorrion Terry is the truth. If you need a deep threat specialist, Terry is basically perfect if you’re looking outside of rounds 1 & 2.
goldfishwars
I'm not sure Atwell is even draftable at that size.

Every draft class everyone has a few players who you can just tell is going to be successful at the next level with good confidence. Bateman is one of those couple guys for me in this draft class. Now, will he be a good #2, or perhaps a #1? That much I can't definitely say. Tyler Johnson was beloved in here last year and put up monster production. Separated at will in that offense. Went lower than most figured and while he had a moment or two his rookie year, wasn't really anything special. I think Bateman's better but I'd still pump the breaks a bit. Issue I have with Bateman is how well he'll do vs guys just as long and quick as he is that crowd him.

It was Tyler Johnson's rookie year, he looked good when he played, he was stuck behind a ridiculous number of weapons in TB, and he was widely considered the lesser talent to Bateman. 3 hours ago, Fureys49ers said: I’ll add Marquez Stevenson to this list as well. A lot of the internet gushed over him, while still maintaining about a 3rd Round grade.
