Perfect weekend of football would be:

1. Packers (H) beat Carolina

2. KC beats Saints (H)

3. Washington (H) beats Seattle

All three of these are perfectly reasonable (in fact, the first two are expected and the third is probably a 50-50 game).

If all 3 happen, then in Week 16:

Seattle (H) beats Rams

Packers v. Tennessee -- we have a chance on SNF to clinch the No. 1 seed.

This is all true.

538 has Seattle as a 56/44 favorite

Not sure what happened to Carr, but.......

Field Yates -   If Marcus Mariota plays more than 60% of the snaps in any game this year, he earns a $200K incentive. With a win, that number jumps to $325K.

Additionally, by playing in 60% of the snaps in a game, his base salary increases by $625K in 2021.

Nearly $1M to make tonight.

Damn, that's crazy. Kinda adds some excitement to this game for sure!

Well at least the Saints dropped one game in his absence. Chiefs should still win this game, even with Brees at QB.

Gameday Taysom Hill:

Pregame - "Good to see you're back Drew......hope you're feeling well"
Gametime - (silently muttering to himself on the sidelines......) "Tackle the bastard! Squash him like a bug!"

Alex Smith ruled out for Washington. Big blow to our hopes for Wash to upset Seattle on Sunday. Haskins sucks.

Has he been officially ruled out? Only thing I saw was he didnt practice again.  But yeah - I'd originally picked WFT to take SEA on the strength of their DL - with Alex Smith at QB.  Still like their DLs chances against that OL......but Haskins makes it too much of a reach for me.

Goal this week:  Maintain #1. Thats it. Dont screw it up by losing to CAR.

Rooting more than normal for KC and wouldnt mind ATL beating TB - who I'd rather get booted out of the playoffs entirely. I dont like their D.

The two most important games by far are GB over CAR of course and KC over the Saints. If the Saints win, plain and simple, GB has to beat both the Titans and the Bears. If KC wins, all we have to do is beat the Bears and the Titans games becomes a bonus that doesn't hurt us if we lose. A KC win would be a very nice present.
