N4L
We are 11th right now @Forge does Tankathon | 2021 NFL Draft Order count future games to be played in the SOS our SOS is relatively high since we are the only team in this part of the draft order with a 1st place schedule one of the best divisions in football chargers play denver next week and both have 5 wins like us. Interesting scenario because chargers dont need a QB and would be a good trading partner, so theoretically its better for them to lose to stay in front of us, but denver is currently picking behind us only because we have the tiebreaker by .004. So a chargers win would move denver in front of us most likely if future SOS is not included since we are going to play two potential playoff teams in a row. Denver plays the raiders week 17, while the chargers play KC. So the ideal thing would be if the chargers win this week and then denver beats the raiders week 17. Denver is a team that would Hopefully the eagles can beat the cardinals today. That would give the cardinals another loss which gets counted against our SOS twice. The jets winning would be great for us too lol the teams locked in front of us are the jets, jags, cincy, car, atl, hou/mia. So 6th is the absolute best case scenario if everything goes our way 6th is close enough to go get whoever tf we want with the exception of TL. If we dont win another game, we should be in the top 10. Garoppolos injury got us bosa. bosa's injury got us a franchise QB. Hopefully whomever we draft doesnt keep the cycle going lol

So basically, we will not own the tiebreaker against anyone No moral victories in the nfl, but I do take solace in the fact we will have had the toughest schedule in the NFL by a wide margin while also having had so much crap go wrong. Basically, I am saying that at least our suckage was a product of circumstances and not something like if we were a one hit wonder, who got lucky once and then regressed. straighthate
If we’re picking at 6 and want to go up to get Lawrence what do you all think it would take? Using the table wouldn’t necessarily matter with a prospect of Lawrence’s caliber in the draft. Maybe a little easier if Cin is sitting at 1, but not by much because the offers would be insane. Top 3 picks this year and next, maybe more? Just curious what you guys think. Edited December 21, 2020 by straighthate

N4L
Now, there is a chance fields could drop if the Jets are #2. They could keep darnold haha I am 100% in on fields even though I think there are a lot of warts there/he's overrated Sit him for a year and challenge him mentally

So they would have no choice but to take JF, whereas the Jets, Bengals etc may pass on him

I don't think the jets would take someone other than a QB, but it opens a world of different possibilities. Would they go sewell and run with darnold one more time? Would they trade down with someone looking to jump Cincy for sewell? Could they get Miami's two firsts for #2? They could drop to 6, still get fields / Wilson, have two more firsts plus an early second. That's a huge talent infusion
