Force young players into starting roles because the have no actual talent to start for them. They need to earn spots against better competition. They've had 5 first round picks and they are STILL lacking quality starters at literally every level. The Gruden era has been an unmitigated disaster. If you are being honest with yourself, not looking through rose colored glasses, this roster is an absolute joke. From starting talent to depth it's a complete directionless mess.
