If the Seahawks win what should the Packers do for the Titans game?

    • Don't rest anyone. Play it like it means something.

    • Rest anyone dealing with nagging injuries. Play the rest of the starters as normal.

With the Titans coming to town and the Rams-Seahawks game being decided before the Packers play if the Seahawks do win it essentially makes the Titans game meaningless. Would you play the starters, rest the borderline starters, or turn it into a bye week?

You can play like it means something.   But you can  do that and still sit injured players that would probably be playing if it was  a playoff, that's common sense.

Bottom Line:

If Seattle wins:

  • GB has a 74% chance of winning #1 seed heading into SNF
  • GB has a 79% chance of winning #1 seed if they beat Tennessee
  • GB has a 65% chance of winning #1 seed if they lose to Tennessee

If LA wins:

  • GB has an 87% chance of winning #1 seed heading into SNF
  • GB clinches #1 seed if they beat Tennessee
  • GB has a 65% chance of winning #1 seed if they lose to Tennessee

The game matters. You play to win, clearly.

I took the original poll as written. If it were true it were meaningless, I’d be cool going full on preseason with the understanding we are still playing the Bears game to win.

But it still matters pending week 17 results, so you just gotta play it straight.
