Trentwannabe
He really wanted to avoid Diggs this season eh? In all seriousness, can't help but feel like this is the end of his tenure in NE.

The Pats missed their opportunity to get a meaningful return for him in trade IMO. I think they'll keep him and adjust his deal to soften the cap hit. I truly believe that by the time his contract runs out after 2021, he will either net the Pats a 3rd round comp pick (better than anything they'd get in a trade) or he will resign on a team friendly deal because the market for him diminished. Both are plus situations for the Pats. Its not like the Patriots need to find cap room next year.
