Day #4 of the 2020 Draft

Everyone looks at the draft picks. This thread is for the UDFA on your team. Who stuck? What impact did they make? Of those who only made PS, who will be on the regular roster in 2021.

Chiefs

Tershawn "Turk" Wharton DT, Missouri-Rolla - Like Cal-Berkley, it's egghead school with a wimpy football program. Wharton is a full member of the DL rotation and the Chiefs best run defender not nicknamed Shark. He played over half the snaps against the Saints' potent running game.

Tommy Townsend P, Florida - Week #15's ST player of the week. Punters are often acquired as FA, sometimes a new one every year. Townsend seems settled in for the next decade.

Yasir Durant OL, Missouri - He made the 53 out of camp and has played important minutes this season. He will likely be in the mix for OG next season.

PS all season:
Omari Cobb LB, Marshall--Played some due to injuries in week #16. Did not embarrass himself.
Aliva Hifo WR, BYU
Maurice Ffrench WR, Pitt

J

Edit: A couple of players removed when they were dropped from PS after week #17. They will likely get invites and possibly a future/deolpmental contract.

Packers currently have 3 on the active roster.

LB Krys Barnes - He's a "co-starter" at ILB alongside Christian Kirksey and Kamal Martin depending on who is healthy, and what matchups they have.  He's been credited with 8 out of 11 starts, and he's been solid and potentially a long-term fit at ILB next to Kamal Martin who Packers' fans are high on.

S Henry Black - Signed to the active roster a few weeks ago, and has added some ST value.  A few defensive snaps, but not enough to make an opinion on.

TE Dominque Daffney - Like Black, although he's gotten a few more snaps with Jace Sternberger out.

I really wanted Washington to get this guy.

They were going to have to draft him, because he was hometown for the Chiefs and they were upfront about wanting to sign him. They put him on the 53 out of camp, so there was some interest around the league.

He did not disappoint when call upon.

Only ones that survived to today:

T Tommy Champion

DB Gavin Heslop

WR Aaron Fuller

RB Patrick Carr

DL Cedric Lattimore

None of them have sniffed the game day roster. Seattle seems more interested in poaching other teams wavier players (DJ Reed, Ryan Neal, Jordan Simmons, Jayson Stanley, Linden Stephens) than working in their own UDFA.
