just something fun to think about:

Would you take:

Sam Darnell

Mekhi Becton

Jets 2021 and 2022 1st

Seahawks 2021 and 2022 1st (owned by Jets)

For:

Jaguars 2021 1st round pick

Would you do that?

You’d have to ask the next GM but I’m sure that question would be met by dial tone.

I’m so relieved that I don’t have to stress about the Jags needing to lose to the Colts all week.

No kidding...

Especially after seeing the Colts completely collapse against PIT after being up big and Rivers imploding. Still unlikely we beat them, but still.

We also probably hear some legit stuff regarding the coaching/FO situation this week with us being locked into the #1 pick and all.

Are there any big name coaches/GM out there that would be enticed to come and build something great here?

This is quite honestly the most attractive job in years. Everything is lined up for success and the time to build toward that success. Legit no one should be out on trying to lead here.

I get that, but I mean are there any slam dunk options out there looking for a job that would be obvious choices?

Firstly I would like to congratulate a long suffering franchise on finally securing hope and a future.

Secondly I would like to laugh at the Jets, a lot, because god damn are the incompetent.

I can't blame you for feeling that way about the Jets, since they are a division rival for you, but man, that has to really hurt if you're a Jets fan.  They watched their team lose 13 straight games, only to see it slip away with only 3 weeks left in the season.  That's heartbreaking and I can understand how they feel.  Hopefully, for their sake they will get a good one with Wilson or Fields, or maybe be able to bolster their roster with a nice trade down.
