brushmyhair
That man deserves to be a HC for someone next year. If he gets to coach Justin Herbert or Trevor Lawrence next year, It'll be a QB Coach duo that goes down in history with the likes of Lombardi/Starr, Montana/Walsh, Bradshaw/Noll, Belichick/Brady. Thats how good of a head coach I think Daboll will be
KhanYouDigIt
Daboll would be an excellent hire for us but apparently we want someone with previous HC experience.

Whats this I hear about Urban Meyer then?
Trentwannabe
It's all Josh Allen. You don't want Daboll. I heard he dips his wings in ranch. But seriously, Daboll has earned his shot and I would love to see him in LA or Jax.

Specifically talks about HC experience (and most, including Breer, has echoed this).

Edit: also would be somewhat hilarious that we replaced a former Bills OC with another Bills OC as HC. Daboll seems to cater to the strengths of his offense, with a balance of passing and running. A little more passing, but thats good, especially in the case of Herbert. And what I have seen from Lynn, is First Down: Run, Second Down: Run, Third Down: Pass. He's predictable and I think is not true NFL Head Coach material. Would be a great college coach.

They probably have their pick of whoever they want. Can't say I blame them. Love the up and coming coordinator, but you never know how they'll transition into running an entire team. Whole different gig.
