Detroit/Minnesota is kind of wash. If the Lions win, both they and the Vikings will end up at 6-10, with a worse SOS, but that will likely push Dallas in front of Washington should the Cowboys lose (if they win, the Giants go ahead of us). If the Lions lose, they're ahead of Washington due to a weaker record (but pushes Dallas behind Washington). You probably should add in Atlanta over Tampa Bay, to negatively affect Dallas' SOS. Especially if combined with a Carolina win.
e16bball
Things going pretty chalky early. Ravens are embarrassing the Bengals. Seriously, it looks like the real life answer to the hypothetical “what would happen if a good college team played an NFL team?” scenario. Browns are up on the Steelers, who predictably can’t do anything with the human embodiment of “Day 2 QB” running the show. The Giants are better than the Cowboys, but we have yet to see if Daniel Jones can fail to screw up for long enough to put them in the in the winners’ circle. Tom and the boys are handling Atlanta. Maybe we’ll get our shot at the King next week. Would gladly see them lose and give us Goff, Kyler, or Trubisky instead. Former Redskin QB Kirk Cousins and future WFT QB Matthew Stafford are really dueling in a totally meaningless game. Which is the sort of game both of them tend to play better in. Presumably Stafford and his fat face will come out on the short end of the stick there, with his substantially lesser roster also playing a small role in that outcome. The Bills are absolutely thrashing the Dolphins. Sad stuff, you wonder if a full dose of FitzMagic could have changed the outcome at all there. Tua proving the point that when you put a kid QB in there with a bad offense, he’s eventually going to get throttled. The Jets and the Pats are also playing. Let’s go Pats. Could easily see that team grabbing any number of guys we’d have interest in, let’s knock them down the board.

Everything about him says that he should be a star, he’s pretty productive and all that — but you just can’t trust him. Moments when you absolutely need him to deliver, to just be solid and dependable, and he’ll find a way to muck it up somehow.
e16bball
Raheem Morris about to get the Jon Gruden karma for cowardly coaching. You’re 4-11, playing the GOAT, momentum on your side, down by 6 in the 3rd quarter — and you kick a 20 yard FG? Didn’t want to take a chance on 4th and 3 to grab the lead? Terrible. e16bball
Dallas heating up a little now. Those receivers are just scary, I have to say I’d like to see them win and get moved down the draft board. With Dak and those OL back next season, I do not want them to be in position to land a Parsons or Surtain.

If they do get moved down, don’t want them to get lucky like they did last year getting Lamb.
e16bball
McCarthy (or the review coach upstairs) with a total bonehead error not challenging the completion to Pettis. I’m ALL for keeping your 2nd half timeouts intact, but that was a 3-point play right there. You can’t sit on your hands there, pull the trigger. lavar703
Either Tua is not healthy and should’ve sat this season out or the Dolphins have a big problem on their hands. He’s been horrible.
lavar703
Also, enough with letting Aikman do Cowboys games. I like him a lot and he’s good at this job but he can’t help himself but be a homer. You can tell how agitated he gets by the state of the franchise and how excited he gets at the prospect of them making the playoffs. He needs to be put on AFC games like Romo. I feel a little different I think Aikman is pretty objective when he does the Cowboy games but Romo is ridiculous when he did Cowboy games, so much a homer! e16bball
Absolutely awful by Dalton there. Just throw the ball out of bounds, kick the FG, and use your timeouts to get the ball back, only needing to get back into long FG range. You just can’t give the ball away like that. Awful.
