Game ball: My liver. Hardest working year of its life and I'm still here.

Jock strap: my wallet after all the money it took to drink my way through this mess of a season.

You don't post enough, Ace. We missed you during this awful, awful year.

I couldn't bring myself to deal with any more Dak takes. Now that the season has borne out the obvious answer to that question, we can move on to having fun with a top 10ish pick.

Congrats on the big year (outside this terrible year for dallas) D82. Been keeping up from afar

Thanks Ace. At least things other than football have been good.

Looking back on this season, we had a few ups and a ton of downs this year. Going through the staff and roster:

Coaching Staff:

Mike McCarthy - C + : if it wasn't for a COVID shortened offseason, his grade would probably be a little lower. It's hard to really say what could have happened if we had some what of a offseason work out program. That being said, MM had some interesting coaching decisions. I think we left a lot out there on the field in this year that could have been.

Kellen Moore - A - : KM gets a season ending Game Ball from me. I was really impressed with some of his designs and play calls this year and what he did with the revolving door of injuries and players going out on COVID. He's making moves in the right direction, definitely want to see him continue to grow as a OC and hopefully he can get this Offense back to the top spot next year.

Mike Nolan - F ------ : This guys gets one of the biggest, dirtiest, smelliest jock straps I can find. This Defense was the worst in Cowboys History and one of the worst statistically in NFL History. I don't know how Jerry and Steven keep him around next year. We saw a ton of regression from the Dline and Linebackers and Nolan is supposedly a LBer's guru. So there is no excuse.

Offense:

QB's - B- : Injury's suck! Plain and simple! Watching Dak go down, we all knew it was the end of our season right there. While Andy Dalton didn't really disappoint, we all pretty much knew what we where getting with him. Dalton steadily improved over the season as he got more comfortable under Center. He was able to engineer this Offense to a top 15 Offense. Sure that's middle of the pack, but not bad for a backup. The Red Rifle is getting a Game Ball from me. The Ben Dinucci experiment was a complete failure. That kid has a long way to go for development and I would seriously look to upgrade that 3rd QB spot.

RB's - C+ : Zeke's fumbles early in the season probably cost us a game or 2. I'm glad he got that issue worked out. However, his legs are something to be concerned about going forward. Can they hold up for a full season going forward? Maybe not eclipsing the 1000 yard rushing mark for the 2nd time in his career will motivate him for next season. Pollard I was expecting more from rushing. He's very good catching the ball out of the backfield but his rushing has me wanting more. Was the O-line what hampered him? IDK, if he's still here next year, maybe we will see what could have been.

WR's - A :  Game Balls the big 3. This is the most talented position group on the team and they did not disappoint. CeeDee is definitely the next Offensive  Star in the making. He needs to work on those drops though. Coop is rock solid as usual. I would like to see him get a little better finishing off his routes and his situational awareness. I did expect a little more from Gallup there year, but it took him a little time to get that connection going with Dalton. It's going to be a little hard to let him go this offseason, but I cant see us re-signing him.

Stay tuned for the rest

The biggest jock goes to the 4-6 posters* who spent the past two years trying to hijack every thread and turn it into another Dak discussion.

*If you think I'm talking about you then yes, I am.

Be nice to Northland, Resilient, Matts, D82, Nyftb, and don’t be so hard on your self, bubby. 2020 has been hard enough. We need self love here.
