DawgX
Seemed like a bad decision to bring him in at the time, anyway.

Bill O'Brien gonna get those picks back in his pocket - as the OC in Miami. 75D Chess, people. We're all bamboozled.

The rumor mill said O'Shea's playbook was 1,000 times too complicated but who knows. 3 new OC's in 3 years, will the 3rd time finally be the charm?

Apparently he was pretty disorganized and his playbook was very complex, that many players had complained about it in the end of year meetings. Would make sense that it had to be internal issues because it came out of left field for most of us tbh. Dbrog24
Well let me say as a Broncos fan, this undoubtedly will be worse for Tua. Even if Chan wasn't the long-term answer, I've seen what lack of continuity can do to young QBs. Hopefully the Fins can at least bring someone in who uses similar terminology and some of the same schemes so Tua can get a rhythm and gain some confidence before changing things further. Calling screens every other play was borderline sabotage. He needed to go.
