We obviously need to make a change at QB.

Not sure we have anyone in the building I trust to pick or develop that QB.

I love Nagy's staff. They're great, except for maybe Pagano.

It's the getting a new QB TO them part that is troublesome.

I think Lazor and DeFilipio are top notch. They've done well.

But you can't polish a turd. They tried, but it simply can't be done.

Pep Hamilton couldn’t do anything with the talent he had in Chicago but obviously turned into a genius in San Diego with Hebert.

Talent is 80% of the name of the game here.

“Competitive”

In 8 games against playoff teams this year, the Bears went 1-7 and were outscored 209-131. Only led in the 2nd half at any point in 2 of those 8 games. Trailed in 4th quarter by 16+ in 7 of the 8.

Tru was QB for how many of those 8 games?

"got to beat what's in front of you!"

As a fan of the soon to be again most successful football (soccer) team in the world there is never a more accurate statement...losers worry about who they are facing...winners just beat whoever they are facing...that is the difference in mindset of the successful and unsuccessful in every walk of life.
