I like Bradley’s scheme better. I feel Quinn changes things too often and doesn’t really perfect them

kramxel 454
I think I'm happy with this. Was really excited when we hired him, and was really looking forward to him implementing his scheme and how he would transform our defense. We had an overhaul on defense, drafted a bunch of "his" guys through the years, most turned out to be busts, or simply just bellow average Joes, that don't fit anything but Bardley's weird roles. The other major down to him, is his unwillingness to rush. He depends heavily on creating pressure with 4 guys, and is always in the bottom of the blitz % coaches. Combined that with the constant prevent defenses he plays in the 2nd half, and it's really despairing, especially late in games when teams are selling out to come back in games, and we only rush 3 guys... People credited Lynn with our stat of close games lost, but Bradley clearly was a major factor in that.

DawgX 3,617
Seems like a very underwhelming hire. Unless the Raiders add some major defensive talent in the offseason, I don't expect their defense to be much better.

Much better than the not good, not good & horrific three-year plan we’ve followed recently.
