topwop1 1,221
Someone check in on Windy please. May be on suicide watch after hearing this
beardown3231 2,015
Can't wait to see how many contracts Pace restructures for the next regime to deal with and how many picks he trades to try to put a contender on the field in 2021 thanks to pure desperation. This job will be open next year and will be the 5th or 6th most desirable Sorry *** franchise
Madmike90 843
It's the right call...both these guys are leaders...now they need a QB who can actually read a defence and get the ball into the hands of playmakers...Mac Jones @20 wouldn't be the best but also wouldn't be the worst. blkwdw13 449
Ehh, this season wasn't rock bottom but it feels like the Bears are getting close to that.
JAF-N72EX 3,874
I've said all along that keeping them for one more year only makes sense. Get Pace another good draft and Nagy another offseason to reconsider his job description.
Heinz D. 1,446
If Pace returns, that's pure negligence on the ownership side. Regardless of my (or anyone else's) opinion on this matter--isn't it, like, truly bizarre that so many different media folks are reporting so many different things? I'm not sure I've seen this level of confusion/distraction before. All for a team that made the playoffs on a formality, and crashed and burned once they had to actually play in them... Let’s rely on the guy who brought us Glennon, Trubisky and Foles to get our next QB. Join us in reality please.
WindyCity 2,540
This franchise is a joke that is so comfortable in being mediocre. Just sad.

Almost all close sources are reporting the same thing.

They're leaders who stink at putting together a quality product annually

Just on a reporting level, with the Bears obfuscation, and all. Tragic, when you're talking about the effects on the franchise, and its fans.

We are literally doing the exact same thing as last year. Only Pace and Nagy are more desperate. How is doing the same thing that just failed a good idea?
