Man Detroit is putting together a good staff ..this strengthens them and also hurts Bears. Rumor was that Nagy was in hot pursuit of him to join his staff but once again the Bears lame duck coaching situation has them taking another L. This is what happens when team ownership decides to be complacent. The writing is on the wall that Pace & Nagy are on the hot seat. No proven good coach is going to want to come here for what may be a 1 year stint...hence why Bears probably promoted Desai to DC instead of getting a guy like Aaron Glenn who also went to the Lions...dammit. Not that he is not deserving of a chance but he is type of coach Bears will need to hire ..guys who are hungry to make a name for themselves or a retread who is desperate for work...
