Well, not sure I agree there. But I would suggest there at least be charges, and an actual account of the events in question...just saying. The PD has to investigate every accusation. May want to at least see charges before getting to that stage above. Edited January 15, 2021 by Broncofan

Unfortunately, in Colorado that's fairly accurate. CO is a "shall arrest" state. This means that if the police have reasonable suspicion (51%) that domestic violence took place, by statute they HAVE to arrest one of the parties. Give you two guesses which one of the two its going to be.

broncos67
With anything, I will let the story play out, but I don't think this is going to end well. Just a gut feeling. That whole Von/Megan saga was bound to end ugly. Ben Allbright says there's allegedly "receipts" so my gut says this is bad news bears for Von. Being arrested and incarcerated after being accused of a crime is par for the course in this country, for many crimes- but clearly you don't have a firm grasp on the criminal justice system to begin with. BullsandBroncos
Megan Denise is an absolute psycho so it wouldn't surprise me if this was fabricated someway. Not to mention she's uglier than sin Edited January 15, 2021 by BullsandBroncos
AnAngryAmerican
This is terrible. I won’t pass judgment on Von or the situation but it’s not good for anyone. Hoping this gets resolved.
