THE NEW YORK GIANTS MAKE LEONARD WILLIAMS THE FACE OF THEIR FRANCHISE

The trade that made the edge rusher Leonard Williams swich team in New York seems to have payd off, at least in the eyes of the Giants organization. NY have placed a tag o Williams for the secong straight year, but this time are poised to reach a long term deal with the player.

The GM of the Giants, @ny92mike made sure Williams is a top priority of the team. "The franchise tag that we applied today is short term.", said the general manager. "We've made some necessary transactions so that we can afford his contract and look forward to working out a contract as high as 7 years.  Williams has proven himself not only to the Giants organization but to the entire league that he is a top shelf defensive end and we mean to pay him top 5 salary."

The front office also explained that the opted to place the exclusive tag on the edge rusher so they can start working on the long term deal right away.

REPORT: DESHAUN WATSON TRADE MARKET IS HEATING UP

Sources close the situation say that the Houston Texans General Manager, @jch1911, is listen other teams in order to make Deshaun Watson's wish of getting trade out of Houston come true.

We can confirm that at least four legit offers were presented to the Texans' front office and the team thinks two of them were VERY interesting.

It also come to this reporter attention that one of the proposal would change "fundamentally"  the future of THREE franchises if accepted.

THE CLEVELAND BROWNS WELCOME DANTE FOWLER JR. AS THEY SAY GOODBYE TO KAREEM HUNT

The Cleveland Browns reach a deal with the Atlanta Falcons that send it the edge rusher Dante Fowler Jr. to Cleveland while the running back Kareem Hunt and the defensive lineman Andrew Billings moved to the team of great state of Georgia.

"The Cleveland Browns would like to welcome Defensive End Dante Fowler Jr. to the fold.  We feel that pairing Fowler with Myles Garrett will enable both players to reach their full potential and wreak havoc on opposing quarterbacks.", said the general manager of the Browns, @cortes02"Although Fowler did not have what many would call a good season last year, we feel that it was a combination of injuries and coved-19 that derailed it and we are confident that a healthy Dante along with a change of scenery will rejuvenate his career."

The GM also noticed that Kareem Hunt will be missed on and off the field in Cleveland, but showed confidence that Nick Chubb and the rest of the RB group will get the job done even with Hunt, a big part of the 2020 playbook for Kevin Stefanski, is now with the Falcons.

"The Cleveland Browns are extremely appreciative of everything that Kareem Hunt has done for the team.  He was hard working and reliable both on and off the field.  Moving forward, we feel that Nick Chubb will be able to handle the extended workload and become a workhorse back.  The Cleveland Browns currently has D'ernest Johnson as the backup RB and will spell Chubb from time to time but as an organization we will always look to make improvements to the team whenever and wherever we can whether it be through the draft, free agency, or trade."

The Cleveland Browns would like to welcome Defensive Back Marshon Lattimore to the fold. The deal allows the Browns to pair Lattimore with Pro Bowl corner back Denzel Ward to form arguably the best corner tandem under 25 years old.  Lattimore experienced early struggles last year but in the 2nd half of the season, he returned to his premier play making ability and showed that he is still a lock down corner that can shut down an opposing teams best receiver. Having Lattimore in the fold will create nightmares for opposing QB's trying to pick their poison between throwing in his direction or Wards.  The cost of our 1st round pick (26th overall) was a minimal loss due to the fact that we believe we would not be able to obtain a player in the draft of the same caliber and Lattimore is a proven commodity.
