Both Campbell and Glenn are good coaches who've been on great upward trajectories and were fairly decent players in their own right not all that long ago. But I think he’s someone who should surround himself with a more strategically inclined staff for maximum success. I personally haven’t seen anything that makes me think he’s ready for all those responsibilities on his own, but maybe that’s due to a lack of opportunity more than a lack of skill. I didn't know he had even gone into coaching, but I wish him luck. Aaron Glenn is etched in my memory for picking off Drew Brees at the end of a Cowboys/Chargers game.
