Compensatory picks not likely this draft

Recommended Posts

"Even with the Colts not being a team that spends big in free agency, they did so in 2020 by bringing in quarterback Philip Rivers on a one-year deal. That, coupled with the fact that they didn’t lose any major free agents, is likely to result in the Colts not getting an extra pick in Rounds 3–7 of the draft."

Yeah, Rivers nixes anything we would have gotten for Ebron. Over The Cap does this every year where they create a cancellation chart of players signed and lost and then the remaining contracts are listed in order of most ABY and split for draft round. It appears according to them the only players the Colts had that qualified for potential comp picks were Funchess and Haeg and they just didn’t get paid enough.
