Hopefully he did a lot of lower body and core work with that bicep injury limiting his upper body lifting for a while. Needs to have a better anchor. Let's hope he outlasts Howie... even though the only real way that happens will be hours to minutes apart from one another should it all go south. His only shot to outlast howie would be to have such a great season as a coach that he can dictate power and he needs to do it in probably the next two seasons.
