Wyld Stallyns
Ugh, I knew this would happen, we were worried about Eberflus and get blindsided by this. I think QB Coach Marcus Brady or Mike Groh are potential replacements unless Brady gets picked off by someone first. Maybe if we offer him OC then he would turn down other teams potential offers for that position.
coffeedrinker
Congrats to Sirianni, I hope he does well. But I thought Sirianni was a good OC, I would not have put him in the great category though. I think his two biggest downfalls were: so many of his plays were formation specific, so when the Colts lined up in a specific formation the receiver routes or where the RB was running to was a narrow list and easy for the D to read. 2nd, he struggled, as did Flus, to game plan for an entire game. Wyld Stallyns
After a couple hours of thought, I think this is actually a good thing for the Colts and unnamed future QB. We bring in a young QB who spends a year working with Sirianni and then Sirianni gets poached and the young QB gets a new OC.
