Yup. Cant see a team trading for him with this not decided on.

Conspiracy theory's already floating around that HOU FO is behind these allegations. That they knew it would delay the trade process until after the draft

It's more than conspiracy, the lawyer on the case Tom Buzbee is Cal McNair's literal neighbor, and has been bragging about that since 2014 when he paid for ten billboards to be put up in Houston to "keep Johnny Football in Texas." However recently on IG he claimed he is not a Texans fan. This was after putting up several unprofessional posts where all he did was talk about himself and then disabling his comments after being lambasted by comments and laughably engaging in keyboard battles with other posters. This reeks of a smear campaign and if it proves to be BS then he should get countersued for defamation of character and there should be an investigation into the Texans organization. Innocent until proven guilty in America, and like many others have said the nature of the suit filed and timing is just a bit too weird for me.

Four new allegations, which makes it an even 10 now?

Yeah, the timing of this is just way too coincidental. This screams of a team trying to put a black quarterback in his place...what was it that Bob McNair infamously said: "inmates running the asylum"?

It would be nice if the NFL did away with the McNair's in the same fashion the NBA got rid of Donald Sterling, but this one will be far more difficult.

The NFL has to first acknowledge that there is a problem here, which I even wonder if they do.

They did get rid of Ross so there is precedents for this action.
