Seattle fans seem to have complained about a number of things Bevell did in the passing game that Schotty fixed, and a number of things that Schotty did that were better under Bevell. Almost all related to the passing game.

Between them, maybe we get a perfectly coordinated pass game. 🤣

Kinda weird.  Have to wonder just how many voices we really need involved like that.  At some point, i think you really want to just pick your guys and have them run their stuff.  Like, i don't have any particular reason to believe that between Bevel and Urban, they wouldn't be able to effectively run the offense without an extra "sub-coordinator".  But whatever.  Hopefully if it ends up being too much static / noise-signal ratio, they recognize it quickly and put a lid on some of it.

Gonna be interesting how this plays out.

It feels like we may be teetering on the line between too many cooks in the kitchen and making sure that Urban has enough support to make a smooth transition to the NFL game. Hopefully everyone really does work in lockstep and this staff just becomes a loaded entity that has enough people to make sure everything goes well.

Yeah.  I do absolutely understand wanting to make sure Urban has the right support to make that transition.  It can be a big one.  It's a dangerous game though, with that many people, and that many egos involved.
