MKnight82
So here's the facts. I was drunk when I played all of these games against the wizards and i got swept. I dont feel like writing up the *** kickings so I'm just moving on to the offseason. Edited March 27, 2021 by MKnight82

MKnight82
Draft Lottery I don't have any lottery odds this year. The top 5 odds are: 1. Clippers (14.0%) 2. Celtics (14.0%) 3. Warriors (14.0%) 4. Heat (12.5%) 5. Laker (10.5%) Who’s it going to be….. The Clippers fell to 4. The Raptors jumped up to 3. The Trailblazers also jumped up and got 2. The Miami Heat wont the lottery.

MKnight82
2027 NBA Draft Draft Picks Round 1 – 20 overall Round 1 - 21 overall All I can do is look to draft depth this year. Might as well just sim to 20. These are the top players available at 20: DE Rank Position Name Height Weight Wingspan School OVR Potential 12 SF Simon Eriksson 6'8" 201 7'1" San Jose St 70 A+ INS MID 3PT INS D PER D PLMK REB IQ PHYS B+ B C+ C- D+ D- D- C- B+ Eriksson has the best potential rating left in the draft and has decent size. His athleticism is 61 LQ, 89 SPD, 87 ACC, 81 VER, which is average but not terrible. He's really raw but has upside. DE Rank Position Name Height Weight Wingspan School OVR Potential 13 SG Don Walton 6'7" 217 6'10" Ohio St 76 B+ INS MID 3PT INS D PER D PLMK REB IQ PHYS A+ C- B- D C+ C- D- C- A I think Walton is far and away the best prospect yet. He's a semi good 3 point shooter and perimeter defender this late in the draft, with good potential. His athleticism is 71 LQ, 92 SPD, 95 ACC, & 99 VERT. His size is also elite for his position. There's really no debate here, these are the obvious top 2 guys left. With the 20th Pick in the NBA Draft the Detroit Pistons Select: SG Don Walton, Ohio State: High upside athlete that could pay dividends down the line. With the 21st Pick in the NBA Draft the Detroit Pistons Select: SF Simon Eriksson, San Jose State: Never hurts to have another wing. Only had two picks this year but they feel long term depth. MKnight82
Player/Team Options SG Antonio Madison (80) - $7.76 mil - He's my top bench scorer. PF Omer Kerimoglu (76) - $9.24 mil - He's a quality big. Qualifying Offers SG Alec Vernie (85) - $19.85 mil – I'm going to try to get him to sign a long term extension but for now he gets this offer. PG Donte Elliot (82) - #14.64 mil - Not sure what I'm going to do with Elliot, he might get traded. I think it might be time to move Vernie to PG full time and start Madison. Either way I don't want to just let Elliot go. PG Max Campbell (75) - $4.12 mil - Good Depth. SF Shelden Ray (78) - $8.96 mil - Also good depth. C Victor Gill (76) - $3.97 mil - Not sure I can carry all these Centers since Sundis is here, but for now I'm signing him. PG Guy Thompson (75) - $7.08 mil - Another good bench player. MKnight82
Free Agency My biggest priority is to sign Vernie to a long term extension. He's a RFA though so I should be able to match any other offers he receives. I really hate this game sometimes. So I offered Vernie a 5 year, $157 mil contract extension, which he accepted, and then declined. He decided to instead sign his 1 year tender for $19 mil and play on that this season. I think what happened was it wasn't allowing me to go over the salary cap to resign him, which is stupid because I have his Bird rights so I should have been able to go over the cap. Seems like a stupid glitch. Whatever, I'll have to try to sign him long term next year, issue is he'll be a UFA. PG Donte Elliot (80) signed a 4-year $80 mil extension. I decided to sign Elliot to a long term deal. I expect he will fall back to a 6th man role this year but he's too valuable to let walk and I can always trade him if necessary. I had to renounce the rights to PG Guy Thompson and SF Shelden Ray in order to make this signing work under the cap (which again is stupid because I have Elliot's Bird rights). C Victor Gill and PG Max Campbell signed their tenders. Major Contract Signings: SG Ken O'Connor – Thunder – 4 years, $133.13 mil PF Zion Williamson - Pelicans - 5 years, $251.40 mil (wow) C Onyeka Okongwu - Hawks - 5 years, $194.78 mil SF OG Anunoby - Rockets - 4 years, $91.51 mil PF Anthony Davis - Heat - 3 years, $106.11 mil PG Gilberto Conti - Pacers - 4 years, $123.57 mil SG Cam Reddish - Jazz - 4 years, $106.41 mil SF Deni Avdija - Bucks - 3 years, $66.83 mil C Jarrett Allen - Grizzlies - 3 years, $77.35 mil PF Rickey Stone - Nets - 4 years, $126.83 mil PG Markelle Fultz - Clippers - 3 years, $72.94 mil SF Patrick Williams - Lakers - 3 years, $60.90 mil SG Kevin Porter Jr. - Bucks - 4 years, $118.82 mil

MKnight82
Signed C Bert Marion (76) to a 1-year $5.50 mil salary. I'm probably going to trade Forbes since he won't be starting anymore (plus I want to dump his salary). Marion was the 19th pick in the 2021 draft and is already 29 years old. However, he has some badges (Backdown Punisher, Moving Truck, Post Move Lockdown) that I want him to mentor Sundin with.
