It's what led him to getting the defensive coordinator gig with Detroit in the first place. There's his four years spent with the Rams helping with Phillips and Staley's top defences and reaching the playoffs and a superbowl berth. There IS something there. But then if you just look at his record as coordinator. Whelp! 😩 He obviously interviews well. It has landed him three DC gigs after all. I'm hoping it wasn't a trap to lure LaFleur in. Interviewing well and coordinating well are two very different things. Sometimes the best coordinators are the ones who don't necessarily interview the best.
