Malik
I feel like you're underrrating the 2002 Buccaneers offense. They had a better passing and run game than the 01 Pats and 08 Steelers.

No. 3rd in DVOA and a QB who was 5th in MVP with a 42-11 TD/INT Ratio... I think you are not realizing that most Super Bowl Winning Offenses are not anywhere close to great. Defense almost always wins championships.

This is one of those cases where the numbers don't match what I saw. There is at no point where I thought the Bucs offense is a top tier offense. Putting 38 and 31 on GB is good (considering they have a shut dow corner and a good pass rush), they put at least 30 points up 12 times, at least 40 points up 4 times. It was pretty potent. (Nothing on Atlanta's offense that year though)

The defense helped out the offense/set it up in good field position at times as well.

That Falcon Offense was ridiculous. #3 would be the 2013 Broncos. So you’d have to wait all the way to #4 before we get to a winner, which is the 2009 Saints.
