52 percent chance I think.

Last year with the new lottery...

Golden State was #1 and received the #2 pick: -1 spot

Cleveland was #2 and received the #5 pick: -3 spots

Minnesota was #3 and received the #1 pick: +2 spots

1, 2, and 3 all have the same odds but there's a 52.1% chance that the Rockets finish with a top 4 pick and a 47.9% chance they fall to 5th.

I'm assuming the NBA would prefer that Cade is in a market like Houston rather than Minnesota, Detroit, Cleveland, or Orlando.

let hope you right.  silver needs to rig it for us like he did with the pelicans and zion.

What benefit did the NBA have to rig Zion to the Pelicans and not the Knicks? Lol what

they gave away a star to the Lakers. No way in the world Pelicans should have gotten Zion after having AD.

Gave away? They could probably one of the best returns ever for a superstar demanding out. This is a dumb conspiracy theory, not to mention there is a 0% chance the NBA lottery is rigged. If the NBA rigged the lottery, Zion would be a NYK.

Its literally impossible. Tons of outside businesses are in the room AND I'm pretty sure teams have representatives there as well. Laughable that you think the NBA would rig the lottery for one of its smallest markets regardless lol

Seriously. It is watched over by so many people, including members of the media.
