NBA 2020-21 Season - Game Day Thread (Bring Back The Wolf Pit!)

the lone star

Maximilian Kleber has an incentive in his contract to box out and not get rebounds.

He basically has to get less than 1 rebound every 4 minutes he plays to get an extra 100k. And he is averaging his lowest rebs per36 of his career. So good job by him.

We had more All-Stars then any team in the league this year, lol.

This really doesn't mean much to me. Conley is a very good complimentary player, not an actual superstar, and I don't consider Gobert as valuable as guys that can actually carry an offense in the playoffs.

Post All-Star break Mitchell is averaging 30, 4, 5 on 47% FG, 40% 3FG, and 88% FT. And people are quick to forget that he averaged 36 on 53% FG in the Nuggets series. We were a buzzer beater away from winning the series with half of our team banged up.

That's a fair point though. If that guy shows up again it's definitely a different team

🙄

Nuggets had 2 starters missing for the first 5 games and went 2-0 when 1 of those starters returned.
