During the second round in 2018 against Boston: 14.4 ppg, 8.2 rpg, 6.4 apg on 41% FG, 58% FT

During the second round in 2019 against Toronto: 11.6 ppg, 7.3 rpg, 4.9 apg on 62% FG, 33% FT

During the second round in 2021 against Atlanta: 9.9 ppg, 6.3 rpg, 8.6 apg on 59% FG, 32% FT

That’s…great? No one is expecting Simmons to drop 20 PPG. It’s not his game. He’s still a better basketball player than freaking CJ McCollum.

His stats have gotten progressively worse in the second round each year and he has been like historically bad shooting FT to the point he's basically unplayable late in close games.

Yeah. He definitely needs a sports psychologist and IMO a change of scenery.

Yeah I think a change of scenery would do wonders for him. He just doesn't fit well with Embiid because both guys need to be surrounded by shooters. Simmons is definitely still a good player but he absolutely has to improve as a shooter.

People forget how good Ben Simmons was in the regular season and first round lol. CJ McCollum over Ben Simmons lol come on.

I’m really not seeing how you could think there is a big gap between them. Simmons is a tricky player to build around given his flaws and frankly isn’t good enough to justify constructing a team to fit him. He’s not a star

With Simmons contract and playoff collapses it also becomes difficult to give up a ton of assets to acquire him. Especially with the apparent character concerns, guys don't really seem to like to play with him.

bagley wants to be a sun so bad, couldn't handle being ayton's teammate last time tho

Saw a Buddy Hield + Marvin Bagley + #9 to Toronto for #4 trade rumor circulating, think that Toronto would have to send some players back to make it work though.

Seen some Mike Conley to the Lakers vs S&T rumors popping up. Would love to send Conley + Favors to the Lakers for KCP + Kuzma. Then look to send Bojan + #30 to San Antonio to acquire DeRozan via S&T.

Try to sign Derrick Rose with our MLE, go after vets like WCS and Torrey Craig on minimum deals. And then take a swing on a couple guys that need some career rehab on minimum deals like Kris Dunn and Stanley Johnson.

PG: Mitchell | Rose | Dunn

SG: KCP | Clarkson

SF: DeRozan | Ingles

PF: O'Neale | Kuzma | Craig

C: Gobert | WCS

Yeah unlikely to happen, Lakers are focused on bringing Drummond back, signing Carmelo, and swinging a trade for Westbrook. Building the best 2012 team ever.

You don't even troll well...

Vogel just said he hopes Drummond is a Laker for a long time and rumors started circulating today that the Lakers want to pursue Carmelo in free agency.

Lakers receive: Westbrook

Wizards receive: Harrell, KCP, Kuzma
