Dr A W Niloc
Quote Tom Brady won a Super Bowl with the Buccaneers. Why can't Matt Ryan and the Falcons? Because the Falcons aren't an elite team. (I'm not sure I understood the question.)

lavar703
If they invest heavily in their defense then I think they’ll have a shot. Spend a little bit in free agency and draft Parsons. Better coaching will certainly help them.

childofpudding
2016 wasn't his fault, but offense hasn't been great since then in addition to mediocre to bad D. Ryan's DVOA ranks since 2016: 9th, 4th, 14th, 15th
DutchFalcon
Once Ryan retires I might make a megapost about how his talent has been squandered most of his career. How to win a SB with Ryan is pretty simple: 1. Get a scheme that is based on rhythm passing 2. Get enough of a rungame that playaction isn't a joke 3. Have a decent Oline and make sure the center and RT aren't playing the superbowl with broken legs and stuff. 4. Have like a 12ish ranked D

And yet, his most common pairing.
N4L
I think the better question is - will they take a QB at #4? I can see how a person with a user name of @Championshiporbust would ask the wrong question though

If Wilson is there and Fields is not, I could see them passing easily and trading down rather quickly if there's a trade partner. If Fields is there and Wilson is not, I could see them going with Fields as he'd be a great fit for them to sit behind Ryan for a year or two before they moved on. RavensfanRD
He had his shot and blew it. Only way he gets a ring is as a backup on another team.
