  1. 1. Who do you have?

    • Reggie White, Warren Sapp, John Randal, Dwight Freeny and at linebacker Rey Lewis
    • Charles Woodson, Ed Reed, Troy Polamalu, Chanp Bailey and Derrick Brooks at linebacker

I thought it's been well established that without a pass rush it doesn't matter who you have in your secondary? That 2nd team is gonna be blitz-heavy like the '09 Jets if they want to succeed, whereas the first team can just rush 4 and reap the benefits.

Also, Charles Woodson as a CB1/CB2? Can we at least make that someone better on the outside like perhaps Darrelle Revis or Nnamdi Asomugha and then have Woodson in the slot?

The reality is that neither of those teams will give up any points.

Take that secondary for example, the Jets had 1 player in the secondary that is at that level (Revis) and we had an elite defense. Just one player. Imagining Revis, Bailey, Troy, Reed and Brooks? Lol. What the hell is the offense going to do? You can bring 6 on every play and it wouldn’t matter because the coverage would be so sticky and Ed Reed would be back there just ready for the pick 6.

On the other side, that pass rush would be bananas. You can just drop everyone else and the pass rush would still get there.
