This is how you sustain success, don't freak out, stick to their script so that they wont be stuck in bad contracts later.

Yeah man.

Determine what a player is worth to you, offer that.  Don’t try to nickel and dime, just make your first offer your best and go from there. Don’t get caught up in trying to make a splash and end up overpaying.

Right. It's a little easier to do this since last year we were good.

It's also why I'd prioritize re-signing our dudes for the future. We know what they do/are capable of and likely what their market value is. Keeping them in house now likely saves us going forward.

We just signed Takk McKinley. Good depth signing, but better not stop us from adding another DE early in the draft.

Yup, I like him as a piece but not the end all be all. Will be a nice sub package guy in the Super Bowl.

Go get Adoree Jackson ASAP, since he was just cut.  (Cap casualty, I would have to assume)

Yes please.

That would be kinda great.  Last year, the Titans didn't pick up Conklin's 5th year option and we were the beneficiaries. This year, they don't pick up Jackson's 5th year, and...

Technically, they picked up his 5th yr option, but then they rescinded it with this cut.

When are we going to start hearing about our own free agents. It would be awesome to see a Nick Chubb signing. Something in the neighborhood of 128 million for 10 years.

Hold your breathe dude...
