It's all insane. His 40 time is as fast as Aaron Donald's HH time at almost the same weight. His agility times and jumps are better. That's insane. Although, Donald did put up his numbers at the Combine.

Maybe during his last year at LA Tech Jaylon Ferguson performed some sort of ritual to sacrifice all of his athleticism to a young teammate that caught his eye? Not caring how it would affect his own NFL future, but aiding and supporting the destiny of a future 2021 Draft DI sleeper he believed in....

Eh, Ferguson's game wasn't speed. It was length, power, and violence.

Milton is absolutely worth a 2nd look with those numbers but just to compare college production, yeah it is not even on the same planet.  Aaron Donald had a greater amount of TFLs and sacks in one season than Milton Williams had his entire career against worse competition.

Milton Williams

3 seasons 108 tackles, 19 TFLs and 10.5 sacks, 1 PD and 3 FF

Aaron Donald

4 seasons, 181 tackles, 66 TFLs, 29.5 sacks, 11 PD, 6 FF.

Some dudes are just great at athletic testing like this and drills like this, now can they convert that athletic ability into being a dominating All Pro football player, that is another story.

Margus Hunt
6-8 277
4.62 40
38 reps at 225

He had 8.5 sacks so far in a 9 year NFL career.  Still that is nuts numbers for a dude 6-8 277+.  But in the end few remember that it unless you are a great pro.

Hasn't used any of it really for the Ravens to this point. 🤷‍♂️

He's been scary bad at times. A miracle leap would be wonderful with us now down to just He, Pernell McPhee, and Tyus Bowser under contract at EDGE- none of us are expecting that though.

Nobody said he's the sort of prospect Aaron Donald was. The comparison was to show how rare Williams is athletically. Donald isn't just freaky agile and fast for his size. He's freaky strong. And then he combines that with being ridiculously skilled and polished. He's a unicorn.

Picked up Milton in TCMD with pick 206. Thought it was a steal at the time and even more now. There was the year I got Donald at pick 64 also. That was fun.

Central Arkansas

Robert Rochell

Central Arkansas · CB

Rochell showed NFL scouts some impressive skill in the vertical jump (43 inches) and broad jump (11 feet, 1 inch) on Thursday, both exceptional numbers for the standout from Shreveport, Louisiana. Rochell notched five interceptions and 18 passes defensed in his last complete college season (2019). He also brings the kind of size (6-0, 195 pounds) that NFL clubs covet at cornerback. Twenty-two NFL teams were in attendance, per Nagy.

Also, an underrated interior pass rusher prospect? Milton Williams - La Tech

I've been on him for a minute, you know we are in lock step on a lot of things. To provide a little context, he was a defensive end that only started one year at the position and was encouraged to move inside and took off. He is really just getting used to the position, plus I really don't worry about the competition, because the numbers and skillset is there.

There were plenty of guys who came from small schools who have been good in the NFL, you know that. Their athletic ability gets them to the league, their work ethic and ability to raise their game to level of the league is up to them.

Williams can start out as a rotational guy who can play his way up to a starter and higher. I'm a fan

Simi Fehoko Stanford WR:
6-4 227
4.37 to 4.39

Jaret Patterson Buffalo RB
5-6 1/2 195
4.52

Fehoko had a great time, but if JJ Arcega-Whiteside cannot succeed in the NFL what chance does this dude have.  Is a great time though for a big dude but surprised he was not more productive in college.

Fehoko's #'s are definitely impressive.

As far as his production goes...definitely a bit boom or bust. 61 rec, 1140 yds, 9 tds across 15 total games (not counting his 1 catch in 2018) isn't terrible when you consider Stanford's QB situation. Only problem is, he wasn't a particularly big factor in 2019 and didn't put up bulk #'s. His big games were from a long catch or 2, while in 2020, a big chunk of his production came from a 16-230-3 line against...UCLA. Personally, I thought Stanford's offense has been a mess in the passing game for a few years now, so I can't knock him too much. Just not sure what to make of him.

As for Paterson, that time at that size is a bit underwhelming. Where it doesn't concern me too much is that it's the Underwear Olympics. He's a fairly stocky guy and he seems to actually play at about that speed when the pads come on. What good is a 4.4 when naked if you play at a 4.6 or so with pads, right? Uber productive RB though. I'd take a shot on him for a RB3 in the latter half of the draft for sure.
