It does. I mean, I get that this specific tackle class is fairly deep in that early round 2 area, but there's a reason why left tackles rarely change teams through free agency. It's just easier to manufacture a competent / good receiving corps without using a top 5 pick.

This is an interesting draft class.  

The top rated prospects ( by draftnik type sites ) are 3-4 QB, a TE, a few WR and an OT.  Really curious how a covid affected CFB season might have altered rankings and where NFL teams have the players ranked.

Especially because they already have a pretty talented group of pass catchers. I understand a truly elite guy would help but you can get talent at WR or TE in the second that could be really beneficial.
