You can't transmit COVID if you don't get it and unvaccinated are 10x more likely to get COVID in the first place Unvaccinated are also infected for longer and almost certainly more contagious
mission27
Honestly do y'all even go near unvaccinated people anymore? I treat them like lepers tbh. No offense to lepers.

SwAg
I’m having some difficulty discerning the difference between COVID and stubbing my toe because both are bad. Can someone help me out? Edited October 5, 2021 by SwAg

Tugboat
I'm still just so shocked/annoyed when it go to like...Costco. And there's maybe a third of the people just not wearing any sort of mask or face covering. Despite that being the current policy. I mean, i get it. If i were an employee...the absolute very last thing i'd ever want to do...is get in a shouting match with an anti-vax, anti-mask person. Just crowding your space and spraying covid in your face. Speaking moistly at you in a loud tone of voice. It's the dreaded combo of, "worst sort of person to ever deal with if you've ever worked a customer service job in your life". Combined with "you're probably getting covid". I'd like to see some research into how the two overlap tbh. Shanedorf
Here's an update on a new COVID therapeutic, Molnupiravir from Merck. https://www.science.org/content/blog-post/molnupiravir-thor-s-hammer-delivers ...The trial in early-stage coronavirus patients was stopped early due to efficacy, and the press release came out this morning! That drug name comes from Thor's hammer, in case you're wondering (Mjollnir), and for once one of these hype names seems to have delivered. The other part I wanted to mention is this: "No safety signals were observed (there were more adverse events in the control group), and initial indications are that it was similarly effective against different variants of the virus, including the now-ubiquitous Delta." What we're seeing is the value of rigorously controlled clinical trials with a control group added- and its interesting to note they had more adverse events in the control group than the treatment group. We see any number of issues ascribed to the vaccines or the various meds being tested for COVID- but without a control group those trials are essentially meaningless. Some of these people in the trial had adverse events but all they were given... was a sugar pill Full speed ahead

MCU/Covid crossover. I think we could get to 98% vaccinated with Chris Hemsworth as Thor and Kevin Feige in charge. Lines around the building for the vaccine if we get this sort of product placement...
