You could have 5 guys that can't shoot but are highly rated on the game and they'd probably be the best team in the league despite the fact that IRL they don't fit together. I kind of like the idea of 15 scrub teams getting demolished all season and then it all being sorted out in the playoffs. Then again, that'd be double the work for you, so probably not.
