KingTitan Posted March 22, 2021 Author Share Posted March 22, 2021 Also about Patterson. He is best when he is on the move obviously. Was listening to Greg Cosell, as he broke down Corey Davis. He said what made Corey good is asking him to run routes that allowed him to catch on the move. When he comes to a stop, it wasn't when he was at his best. He could do it but not at his best. Think about our routes. And what plays Corey was best on. Those crossing routes. Those in cuts that he catches....or when he makes a simple fake or move and goes deep. Patterson can do that. Not trying to pound the table for him, but just saying it isn't out of line thinking he could do that along with his varied things like Kick returning, sweeps and tosses out the backfield. ttitansfan4life Posted March 22, 2021 Share Posted March 22, 2021 Yea Stills should’ve been a Titan last year once Humphries went down. Brown, Reynolds, Stills, and a rookie is pretty good. Reynolds and Stills are not as good as CD but overall the depth would be a lot better. Considering Batson/Raymond were our #3-#4 last year once Humphries went down. Stills is easily the better receiver but Patterson plays special teams, can line up in the backfield, good on sweeps, etc. He’d be fine as a gadget guy/#4 WR. Not sure on decent but Evans was supposed to be the KR but of course didn’t play much due to injuries all year. PR was Raymond who wasn’t very good.
