Congrats!

Jerry called, he just named you the GM of the Dallas Cowboys and your first task --> Building the Big Board. The scouts have submitted the reports, now it is up to you to build it.

[You are free to build the board as you see fit: Evaluate character; deduce scheme fit; weight need; determine positional value; etc.]

1st Round Big Board:

  1. T. Lawrence, Clemson, QB
  2. P. Sewell, Oregon, OL
  3. K. Pitts, Florida, TE
  4. J. Chase, LSU, WR
  5. J. Waddle, Alabama, WR

At this point you guys are all nuts. There isn't a single team that would take slater over trading down with a team that wants Wilson.

While this is true, that is based in positional need.

Teams don't necessarily draft the highest rated player. We saw Dallas passed on #5 overall Floyd simply because they didn't think he was a proper fit.

But we are getting close to the qbs being the next round of talented.

At the right price, I’d trade away from any of these players, actually.

But who someone might be willing to come up for doesn’t determine how I rank the players on my board.

What if someone wanted to trade a ransom to come up and get Marvin Wilson in the top 10? Does that mean we should rank him high?
