Not sure why we're acting like the Falcons are some world beaters, they just lost to the Dolphins and Jay Cutler, at home.

Ryan hasn't looked like he did last year under their new O-Coordinator.

They still have elite offensive weapons and are a terrible matchup for an undertalented and struggling New England defense

Which only puts more pressure on the Patriots to win. We don't want to be dropping games that the phins are winning.

True, but they’re still a talented team and you have to think they’re going to be up for this game. They have one of the more talented offenses this team is going to face.

It has? They ran mostly zone against Tampa and had one of the better defensive outings of the season

NE played man most of the time when Evans and Jackson were on the field. They also play man more than all but 29 other teams this season. Miscommunications in zone have been a problem. McCourty himself said playing man against Tampa helped keep things simple.

I think we've blown both man and zone concepts. The Saints bunch blow was man, the Hill blow was zone.

Also, just learned we give up disproportionate amount of YPC off left tackle (so our D's right side) runs. Wonder why that is. Like, it's noticeably worse than middle and right.
